This recite is for the diaper bag and for Amazon's customer service. They both get 5 stars. I had an first qoute where I did not receive the bag but some storehouse garbage(literally#. The box was demolished and looked like it was re-taped. I contacted Amazon customer service and they instantly overnighted me a transfer and emailed me a return label for the first shipment. The only inconvenience was that I had to take it to a Ups store to ship it back. Which is not a big deal considering their cooperation.
Now on to the bag. It is awesome. The bag layout is great and easy to get things in and out. It even comes with instructions on what each section was designed for. This bag is very comfortable and is much better than any bag that we had for our first daughter#I believe we went straight through 3 trying to find a good one). I wish that I would have known about these bags back then.
