The gDiapers system consists of soft cotton, reusable little gPants with gBreathe technology so your baby’s delicate skin can breathe. Newborns are tiny, so at first you'll need specially-sized tiny gPants (6 - 10 lbs). 12 included. Tiny gPants snap down in front to allow room for the umbilical cord to heal, and a wide leg opening gives plenty of room for newborn legs to curl up. In a few weeks baby will be ready for size small little gPants (fits best from 8 - 14 lbs). Bundle contains 6. Size small 100% biodegradable gRefills (included) fit both tiny gPants and small gPants. Features Earth-Friendly Materials

Made from sustainably farmed materials, gDiapers limits your impact on the environment. Unlike traditional disposable newborn diapers, which can take up to 500 years to break down, this diapering system doesn't clog up a landfill. The outer diaper cover can be used over and over, while the biodegradable refills naturally break down in just a couple months.

With three options for disposal, these refills can be flushed away, the wet ones can be composted, or tossed in the garbage without guilt. gDiapers biodegradable gRefills have been Cradle to Cradle certified, which means that the material will be reabsorbed back into nature in a neutral or positive way.

Just Right for Newborns

The gBaby Bundle includes both tiny and small little gPants, so you will be ready to gDiaper your baby from day one. The tiny gPants have been thoughtfully designed to fit your newborn's needs. They snap down in front to allow room for the umbilical cord to heal, and a wide leg opening gives plenty of room for newborn legs to curl up.

As your baby grows, you'll be ready with the six small little gPants included in this bundle. The included size small gRefills fit both tiny and small gPants.

Convenient Two-Part Diapering

The environmental benefits of cloth diapers meets convenience and flexibility in this two-part diapering system. Little gPants contain a pouch on the inside that can be used with absorbent gDiapers disposable refills or cloth inserts (additional refills and inserts sold separately). Most diaper changes will only require the insert to be changed, so the little gPant can be re-used on subsequent changes. As an added bonus, the gPant can be machine washed and dried.

I'm Loving gDiapers : gDiapers gBaby Bundle, Newborn Diapers

when i first heard about gdiapers i was hooked and excited to try them. Fortunately i got this startup box as a gift at my shower. It comes with 12new born sized gpants that she didnt fit right from the starting as my daughter weighed 9 pounds 3 ounces. However, not together with the new born gpants, if you bought all else in the box separately (6 gpants and 2 packs of biodegradable refills) you would pay more so the newborn size is just a bonus. For the first two weeks i used the biodegradable refills like recommend by the company- there are so many diaper changes it was worth it. Since then i have used the cloth inserts. Im pretty sure that i have 4 packs of 6 cloth inserts and thats been perfect. First thing in the morning i do a load of the cloth inserts and any liners or gpants that also need to be washed. i dont run out of clean ones by the time all is dry out on the clothesline. If one does choose the cloth inserts i extremely advise a diaper sprayer and a spray bottle of biokleen, both have been wonderful. I extremely advise gdiapers to every parent. There is a startup cost but i did out the math. The startup cost together with this newborn set, diaper sprayer, laundry detergent, cloth inserts, a pack of extra liners (very useful) and a gallon of biokleen will equal the cost of using convential diapers (12 diapers per day) after just 2.5 months, and just think how long your kiddo is in diapers!
